Yoga with Claire Quinn
Claire draws on her experience as both a parent and yoga teacher, inviting students to connect with their breath, body and essential self. Yoga is a wonderful companion practice to our cluttered and hectic lives, helping to simplify our busy minds while teaching us to become embodied, present and aware.
As a practitioner, Claire teaches breath-led vinyasa yoga with an emphasis on therapeutic movement and compassion. She incorporates elements of Mudra (hand gesture) Mantra (sound) and Meditation into her classes. Sequences are playful and inclusive with a range of options to suit all abilities. She especially welcomes beginners or those new to yoga.
In this 5-week programme we aim to explore the fundamentals of yoga practice, this includes connecting with our breath, embodiment, understanding key yoga poses and simple meditation practice.
